My guest today is Dr. Robin Gould. Robin is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds a doctoral degree in Religious Education. She specializes in attachment therapy and has authored two books.

We had the best time chatting about her books, marriage retreats, her speaking engagements and so much more. Robin also talks about how to work as someone who colors outside the lines and how she paces herself to reflect that personality trait. One of the things she shares about is how she takes a Shabbat/Sabbath. She tell us how she plans her week and says "It's all about pacing ourselves emotionally."

I know you will enjoy listening to this interview.

Oh how I enjoyed this podcast! I've known Robin now for 12 years! I can honestly say that Robin saved my life! As a therapist Robin was patient (oh so patient) loving and kind. She helped me through some very dark years of my life but ultimately helped me to the other side! She was the best teacher I've ever had! Every single session with Robin was a life lesson I'll never take for granted and always forever be greatful for! I miss her voice ... I miss our deep and sometimes not so deep conversations ... I miss her comforting and delicious tea but most of all I just miss her company and wisdom! I truly enjoyed listening to this podcast! It brought back memories and in many ways felt like a long lost therapy session!! She is a true gem!
