On episode #85 I talk about taking the time to reflect and learn from the previous year. It's so important to look back and see your past year in review before setting goals for the new one. Reflection is key to goal setting and finding your focus. Taking a glance at your work, your accomplishments and yes even your failures can make for an even better new year. I'll share some tips on how to review effectively and the importance of setting goals with a coach.
I also chat about that one word that helps me move forward all year long. Let's move into this new year together. #onewordstory
